Indications:

Treatment of retained afterbirths, uterine atony, primary and secondary weaknesses of the uterine contractions during fetal expulsion, metritis, post-parturition agalactia. Coadjuvant in the treatment of mastitis. It causes the contraction of the acinar myoepithelial cells, which produces milk ejection.

Animal species to which it is intended:

Mares, cows, sows, ewes, female goats, female cats, female dogs and female foxes.

Administration:

By subcutaneous, intramuscular or intravenous route.

Dosage:

Mares and cows: 3 to 6 ml intramuscularly or subcutaneously; 2 to 4 ml intravenously. Sows weighing up to 200 kg: 3 ml intramuscularly or subcutaneously; 2 ml intravenously. Sows weighing more than 200 kg: Proportional doses. Ewes, goats, female, cats, female dogs and female foxes: 0.3 to 1.5 ml intramuscularly or subcutaneously; 0.2 to 1 ml intravenously.
