Formula:

Every 1 ml, it contains:
Carbetocin  0.05 mg
Formulation agents q.s.

Indications:

Cows: Placental retention, parturition control. Treatment and prevention of mastitis and metritis. Sows: Agalactia, MMA syndrome, parturition control, post-parturition milk retention, synchronization of parturition after the application of prostaglandins.

Animal species to which it is intended:

Cattle and swine.

Administration:

By intramuscular or very slow intravenous route.

Dosage:

Cows: 0.3 to 0.4 ml every 10 k.l.w. or 10 ml per cow weighing 400 to 500 k.l.w. Sows: For parturition control and post-parturition milk retention, administer 0.12 ml every 10 k.l.w. or 0.2 ml per sow weighing from 150 to 170 k.l.w.; for synchronization  of parturition, administer  0.7 to 1.4 ml per sow 24 hours after the application of prostaglandins. Other indications: Administer 0.24 to 0.4 ml every 10 k.l.w. or 4 ml per sow weighing from 150 to 170 k.l.w.
